Green Smoothies

Here are some suggestions to make healthy smoothies to help with nutrition by increasing fibre intake and vegetables that may not be as tasty when eaten on their own. Constipation is a major issue affecting children. It can increase the chance of urinary tract infection, and incontinence (leaking).
