Booking Your Appointment

At our clinic, we strive to make booking appointments for your child’s care as straightforward as possible. Whether it’s a consultation or a specialist surgical assessment, our dedicated team is here to assist you every step of the way.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another child who may be in need of care. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Referrals

Your GP or Paediatrician will provide a referral, which they may send directly, or provide a copy to you. Please bring this with you, ensure it is current, and appropriate for your child’s healthcare needs.
